1. Service Booking & Payment

All IT support sessions are provided on a pay-per-call basis.

A booking may be canceled or rescheduled up to 6 hours before the scheduled session at no extra cost.

Cancellations made within 6 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable.

3. Refunds
Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:

If the session could not be delivered due to technical issues on our side.

Refunds will not be issued for:

Services already started or completed.
